Here are some things that you can do to help get the G___ word out on the street:
Write about Miss G___ on your blog.
Download a Miss G___ banner to post on your blog or website.
Download and print out Miss G___ posters, brochures and flyers. Post posters on community boards, or at a store/cafe/bar that you or your friends work and hand out flyers and brochures at your school or work.
Include the Miss G___ url (www.themissgproject.org) in your MSN name
Call local talk radio stations and raise the issue of equity in education. (Feel free to mention Miss G___.)
Write articles for your local, school or campus paper about why we need Women's & Gender Studies in high schools.
Bring up issues of sexism, feminism and equity in education in your high school, college or university classes and start discussions with friends and family.
Engage in similar discussions on message boards and forums.
Let your body do the talking by sporting a snazzy Miss G___ T-shirt
Participate in the Miss G___ culture jamming sticker campaign (coming soon!)
